DEVELOPING STORY: Officials Recover Three More Bodies From Lagos Explosion Site
Emergency management officials have recovered three more bodies as emergency operations continue at the scene of the Abule-Ado explosion in Amuwo Odofin Local Government area of Lagos State.
The bodies were recovered from the rubbles of the building which collapsed following the explosion.
Officials of the school confirmed the identity of the corpses to be workers of Bethlehem Girls College.
A combined team of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), the Nigerian Red Cross, Police, Federal, and State Fire Service, Lagos State Neigbourhood Safety Corps (LNSC) are carrying out rescue operation at the site.
Law enforcement officials are also dealing with crowd control.
