Ayoronke Tosin-Yeye is the founder of IMentorAfrica, a virtual platform for all Africans and friends of Africa at home and in the diaspora to LinkUp and share the gift of mentorship.

The goal is to LinkUp every African who aspires to succeed in specific areas with others who are willing & able to walk them through the journey, thereby contributing to African development.

She is also the founder of African ChildPreneur, where she deploys various initiatives to aid the introduction of the concept of entrepreneurship to children. As a “CATCH THEM YOUNG” advocate, she believes entrepreneurship and innovation, just like foreign languages and other technical subjects should be introduced to children as early as possible.

She is a strategist with over 10years work experience as a Human Resource & organizational development consultant.

She clearly seeks to develop Africa through Mentorship, Creative Thinking and Human Capital Development.


  1. Ayoronke tosin-yeye attended Federal Government Girls College, Akure, Ondo State.
  2. She is a graduate of geography and planning science from the University of Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State.
  3. After graduation, her career path has been great.
  • Revenue collection Officer at the then Intercontinental Bank Plc (South West Regional office)
  • Customer Service Officer at First Amalgamated Building Society (Mortgage Bankers)
  • Human Resource Analyst and Consultant at Workforce Management Center
  • Team Lead, Workforce Management Specialist at United Bank for Africa (UBA) till date.

4. The difficulties she faced when she was trying to reach out to people who could mentor her, led to the creation of her dedicated mentorship platform called IMentorAfrica.  

5. Over the years she has appreciated the likes of Deola Sagoe, Fela Durotoye, Oprah Winfrey, Mark Zuckerberg, Mo Abudu, Jimi Tewe, Sheryl Sandberg and Aliko Dangote.

6. After several search for a mentor, she was fortunate to find “Doug Lawrence” – the President and Founder Talent C People Services, Canada, who remains her mentor till date.

7. As a Human Resource & organizational development consultant. She has worked on several projects and have deployed bespoke solutions to several organisational issues in various industries across banking, maritime, automobile, food production and high-end retail.
